The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast and dinner at Basilico were particularly enjoyable. The staff were friendly and professional. The food was AMAZING!!!
The music played very loudly until midnight on some evenings. The room's soundproofing was poor. I heard doors slamming on the entire floor. It was permanent.

the resort offered clean rooms of good size including bathrooms. i found the staff very nice and accommodating throughout the stay. the amenities were superb and facilities were excellent. the reception was amazing and cute upon arrival
the service was slow, and i had to repeat orders multiple times. sometimes the orders were still incorrect. the hotel did not appear busy so i do not understand the slow pace. i wondered how the service is during peak season.

the staff were very nice and treated me like royalty (i felt so special!). the hotel itself was beautiful and clean. the staff were wonderful, kind, cute and helpful. i would say it is the best hotel i've stayed in, i will most definitely be returning.

tayson, mr hossam, and mohamed reagan were very good. rafaloo olson was a good boy. i really appreciated the delicious food at the multiple restaurants. the hotel has a lovely beach perfect for snorkelling, i was happy.
the jacuzzi needed to be fixed in a much better way, a real disappointment.

The golf carts were available at all times. Nice staff drove them.
I found the drinks of poor quality. The juices did not taste fresh. I had to purchase beverages from outside the premises and prepare them myself. Room service added two fees to my bill. This included the meal cost plus a service fee for delivery.
